How we work

The 5C system.

Five modules, one team, one point of accountability — assembled to fit the moment, not a template.

Modules connect; work compounds.
Module 01

Communication & Strategy

Closer to the truth. Clearer to the market.

Investor relations is a management responsibility, not a press office: finance, communication and securities-law compliance working as one. We build the message, then rehearse it until the company can hold the room.

  • Disclosure strategy: what is said, when, and to whom
  • Messaging: one version of the story, told everywhere
  • Earnings practice and preparation
  • Media training for the people who speak for the company
  • Executive presence: in the room, on camera, on the call

Cadence: monthly, plus event-driven sprints.

Content
Module 02

Content

A fixed point for a moving story

Everything the market reads, sees or clicks — produced from one story and kept current, so the company’s own channels are the first place the market can check.

  • IR content creation and audit
  • Press releases
  • Investor decks
  • Newsletter
  • Multimedia

Cadence: quarterly cycle, updated as events land.

Module 03

Contacts

Your story, told to the audience that matters.

The right rooms, entered prepared — introductions, the exchange and the vendors, with terms negotiated rather than accepted.

  • Non-deal roadshows: meeting investors without asking for money
  • Wall Street introductions: analysts, funds and market makers
  • Exchange: negotiating, listing, ringing the bell
  • Vendors: negotiating pricing and terms on your behalf
  • Conferences: which are worth the time, and being ready for them

Cadence: continuous, concentrated around events.

Module 04

Community

From private conviction to public value.

Visibility that compounds — with the audiences that stay: founders, long-only investors, the retail market and the people who will work for you next.

  • Visibility programs and editorial calendar
  • Founder and operator community
  • Events and owned formats
  • Retail engagement and natural attention

Cadence: quarterly programs, measured and adjusted.

Module 05

Crossing

Private → Public: everything between the company you are and the company you become.

A listing changes the audience, not just the ticker. Crossing runs the transition as one program — the story, the education, the deal, the vendors, the exchange and the first year — so nothing is discovered late. We work alongside your counsel and auditors, not instead of them.

Cadence: a scoped program from three to nine months before listing through the first year.

We do not act as a broker-dealer, do not provide investment advice or fairness opinions, do not guarantee a listing or a financing outcome, and are not compensated contingent on either. Vendor relationships and any compensation are disclosed.

Engagement models

Three ways to work together.

Monthly retainer

Continuous partnership

A standing team across Communication and Content, with the other modules available as events require. Built for companies in motion.

Scoped project

A defined outcome

A financing, a listing, a repositioning or a quarter that matters — scoped, priced and delivered against an explicit definition of done.

Advisory hours

Senior counsel on demand

For teams that need judgment, not headcount: a framework for a decision, a second opinion, or a rehearsal before the meeting that matters.

Onboarding

A two-week sprint, then a rhythm.

Week one: business, technology, market and audience diagnostics. Week two: narrative, priorities and the first deliverables. From there, the cadence matches your calendar — earnings, financing, hiring, or the quiet months in between.

Start with the module that hurts most.
